Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically delivered within 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Possible Delays While we strive to meet our standard delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier disruptions. In such cases, delivery may take up to 14 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your item. Orders that remain uncollected or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
