Refund policy

Eligibility We offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day window, quoting your order number and the reason for your return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of the return.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
